for any booking confirmation we ask for a deposit by payment or credit card number with validity date and the 3 security figures indicated at the back of the card.

By Cheque:

The down payments are deposited at our bank and deduced from the invoice at the day of departure. In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the planned date of arrival, they will not be refunded.

By credit card:

We keep the number of your Credit Card as a guarantee until you leave: these items will be definitely deleted at that time.
We do not charge your Credit Card except in case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival date: the amount of one night will be charged in this case.
For stays longer than 3 nights or for the packages we offer, with your agreement in writing by email, we will charge 30% of total price. The deposit will be refunded, except in case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the planned arrival date, or will be postponed for a reservation at a later date.
