In your plate, the local charentais flavours surprise your taste buds: to be tasted, duck foie gras carpaccio with Baume de Bouteville, foie gras can also be served au torchon, marinated in cognac in some seasons.
Out of our local products, like the lamb of Poitou-Charentes with its amazing taste, you can find quality products such as the beef fillet of Normandy.
All the desserts are home made.
Enjoy at the beginning of your meal Cognac on ice, which can be accompanied with Tonic, Pineau des Charentes white or red, or the excellent very old Pineau des Charentes from Dupuy (Bache & Gabrielsen)
Some cognacs of the highest quality are proposed at the end of your meal to make you dream about Charente colours.
